[roll] Roll fuchsia [ld] RemoteAbiHeap

This adds the ld::RemoteAbiHeap class, which is the second piece
of the ABI remoting implementation. It both gives access to the
stub dynamic linker's data segment where the ABI symbols' data
gets filled in, and extends that segment to hold the additional
dynamically-allocated "heap" arrays and strings that the ABI data
structures need to point to.

During testing it arose that an assertion failure and crash would
result when the TestPipeReader destructor ran in a test that
failed before its Init() had ever been called, so the destructor
is made more robust.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
