[roll] Roll fuchsia [ffx][metrics] Use structured errors in public API Refactor the `metrics` host library to remove generic `anyhow::Result` from its public boundaries. Return `analytics::AnalyticsError` for public functions. Updated `add_ffx_launch_event` and `add_flash_partition_event` to return the local type-safe `Result<()>`. Purged generic `anyhow::Error::from` bridging logic, allowing `AnalyticsError` to propagate cleanly.
