[roll] Roll fuchsia [ffx] support "ffx --machine raw daemon start" "ffx daemon start" needs to support "--machine" if it is to be run with "--strict". Normally a script using "ffx --strict" should never invoke the ffx daemon, but the ffx tests themselves in //src/developer/ffx/tests/e2e test the daemon, so they need it in order to take advantage of the honeydew mechanism for invoking ffx in a consistent way.
