[roll] Roll fuchsia [audio][drivers] AML Return initial topology

The `topology_completer_.first_response_sent` field was not
set, which sometimes caused the initial `WatchTopology`
call to fail and the signalprocessing protocol channel to
close with `ZX_ERR_BAD_STATE`.
