[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix] Add proc/self/stat read benchmark to microbenchmarks Introduce a microbenchmark that measures the time taken to open, read, and close `/proc/self/stat`. To simulate different process sizes (scales), the benchmark creates a configurable number of anonymous memory mappings using `mmap` before performing the reads. This benchmark runs as a Linux userspace process inside Starnix.
