[roll] Roll fuchsia [aml-uart-dfv2][dwc3] Correctly forward boot metadata

Make the aml-uart-dfv2 and dwc3 drivers forward their mac address and
serial number metadata from an incoming metadata server instead of its
platform device fidl connection. The mac address and serial number are
considered boot metadata and the platform device has metadata servers to
server boot metadata.
