[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix] Remove double-close() from Ashmem syscall tests

The tests explicitly close()ed fbl:unique_fd-owned file-descriptors
resulting in a double-close(), by the unique_fd destructor.
Although unique_fd's destructor would silently ignore the EBADF
error, avoiding double-close ensures that FD-reuse doesn't result
in unexpected and hard to diagnose failures.
