[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel][vm] Document additional NOT_FOUND condition

ZX_PAGER_OP_DIRTY fails with ZX_ERR_NOT_FOUND if it encounters any
unsupplied pages in the specified range. This can happen if a clean page
in the range gets evicted before being dirtied.

It can also happen if the DIRTY request was generated for an uncommitted
range beyond supply_zero_offset_, but before the request was resolved a
racing writeback advanced the supply_zero_offset_. Document this
supply_zero_offset_ case and add a test for it.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
