[roll] Roll infra/recipes Migrate from attr to dataclasses

Python's "dataclasses" stdlib module basically obsoletes the third-party
"attr" library, so switch to "dataclasses" to minimize 3p dependencies.

The only generated file change is a change to shard hashes caused by
using `shard.to_jsonish()` instead of `attr.asdict(shard)`, to avoid
encoding an assumption about the implementation details of Shard. The
latter uses a direct dict representation whereas the former nests some
fields. The hashes only matter within the context of a single build, so
changing the hash computation doesn't matter as long as it's
deterministic.

Generated largely by Gemini.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update
