[roll] Roll fuchsia Revert "[build] Install gndoc host tool and emit tool_paths metadata" This reverts commit 98d4bd458411fa665626a807071be6c1198b81f5. Reason for revert: No longer necessary after https://fxrev.dev/1789117. The tool is removed from `//tools/build:tools` entirely since the reverted commit added it and it was not part of this group prior to the Bazel migration. Also update the reference from `//bundles/tools/public_host_tools`, which was added after the reverted commit. Original change's description: > [build] Install gndoc host tool and emit tool_paths metadata > > Set install_host_tool = true for gndoc in tools_bazel_root_targets so > that bazel_root_host_tools.gndoc.host_tool is generated and tool_paths > metadata is emitted for tool_paths.json. Also add gndoc.host_tool to > //tools/build:tools public_deps. > > This fixes the build failure where fint could not locate gndoc in > tool_paths.json after gndoc was migrated to Bazel in fxr/1703755. > > Original-Bug: 534167101 > Change-Id: I38e923914bb06cf1df7e976b0935cc444c36de5b > Original-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1707874 > Reviewed-by: Jay Zhuang <jayzhuang@google.com> > Commit-Queue: Oliver Newman <olivernewman@google.com> > Fuchsia-Auto-Submit: Oliver Newman <olivernewman@google.com> Original-Original-Bug: 534167101 Original-Original-Bug: 553620187 Original-Original-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1792017 Original-Original-Revision: 0430083ac1bc094de01764d6776d25775ba94578 GitOrigin-RevId: dccd1bc2a9467b520cc76cfed0589c94aa1006e0 Change-Id: Icb09078cf6949be1ad95d05df0a1c16c05762620
