[roll] Roll fuchsia [spi] Set default scheduler role for dw-spi and spi Set default_dispatcher_scheduler_role on the dw-spi and spi drivers. This allows boards to assign a deadline scheduler profile to the SPI bus when it serves latency-sensitive peripherals such as touch input. Summary of improvements and testing: - Together with board-level deadline profiles, prevents fair scheduler preemption during synchronous SPI transfers on the touch interrupt path. - Under 4-core CPU saturation, reduces touch wakeup latency from p90 301 us / p99 1,551 us to p90 29 us / p99 124 us, brings single-tap touch processing latency to p50 301 us / p90 368 us (down from p50 472 us / p90 720 us at baseline), and reduces missed/corrupted touch transfers (IO_DATA_INTEGRITY errors) to 0%. - Tested with 60-second continuous touch tapping traces under 4-core CPU saturation. Test: 60s touch tapping traces under 4-core CPU load Original-Original-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1863337 Original-Original-Revision: e4a1c651bb5363a6c4aaa77b34ae1e41fe882304 GitOrigin-RevId: 6acd8ba2cd7750b89024867e255eeeff694f84ae Change-Id: I0d9af1367cce9f3889154b9b78aeb0d9b344c5ff Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/integration/+/1877500 Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#205108}
