[roll] Roll fuchsia [codec] Compare output to SW decoder.

Do pixel-by-pixel comparison with output from SW
decode when we detect a bad output frame hash.

On sherlock we still get incorrect decode output
data sometimes at 285.7 MHz.

A local repro of the bad output data on sherlock
can be seen by increasing kTryCount to > 5000 or
so.

The flakes seen when the clock is set to 800 MHz
on sherlock appear to be the same incorrect data
(same set of bad hash values), just at a higher
repro rate than when running at 285.7 MHz on
sherlock.

I've seen zero repros so far on sherlock running
at 24 MHz.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
