[roll] Roll fuchsia [ld] Assert no PT_TLS or LE/IE model uses in second session modules

This adds a check in the LdRemoteTests.SecondSession test case
that demonstrates how to ensure that new modules loaded in a
second session scenario do not define their own PT_TLS or use IE
model accesses. That ensures that any accesses they have can
safely be served by the default TLSDESC resolver that was used
for the main session.
