[roll] Roll fuchsia [bt][ffx] Implement `ffx bluetooth controller device-class set` command

This is part of the bt-cli migration to ffx bluetooth.

Adds a new method to the `fuchsia.bluetooth.affordances.HostController`
FIDL.

Original-Fixed: 496742939
Test: fx test ffx_bluetooth_controller_test & manual testing with the
following steps: 1. Noted Nest Hub's current device class. 2. Ran `ffx
bluetooth controller device-class set` to change the device class. 3.
Verified that the Nest Hub's device class was changed to the correct
value.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
