[roll] Roll fuchsia [fshost] add driver_test_realm straight to fshost realm builder

Instead of adding the storage_driver_test_realm component as a child in
the fshost integration test realm builder, use the driver test realm
traits to add it straight to the realm builder. The
storage_driver_test_realm component makes another layer of realm builder
that it sets its realm up in, which is an unnecessary layer of
indirection.
