[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel][vm] Populated bytes: Identify disconnect with GetAttributedMemory There are two known cases in anonymous hierarchies that the continuously tracked populated slots count disagrees with GetAttributedMemory's total_bytes field (total_bytes is reported as populated_bytes in `zx_info_vmo_t`, leading to some confusion). 1. When there is a spurious parent content marker after ReclaimPage in a parent. 2. When there is a spurious parent content marker after DedupZeroPage in a parent. Updates an existing test with documentation about 1., and adds a new test to document 2. There is work planned to ensure that these two "populated" metrics converge in anonymous hierarchies.
