"message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix] Prep for reads to uninitialized buffers\n\nThis change prepares Starnix to support reading user/restricted-mode\nmemory into uninitialized Starnix/normal-mode memory.\n\nBy default, rust will always make sure objects are properly initialized.\nFor byte buffers (arrays/`Vec`s), that means making sure that the buffer\nis zero initialized. Often, this zero-initializing is unnecessary since\nthe buffer will be immediately written to, overwriting zero values.\n\nOriginal-Bug: b/303711008\nCq-Include-Trybots: luci.fuchsia.try:core.arm64-cxx20,core.x64-cxx20,core.x64-debug,core.arm64-debug\nOriginal-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/946614\nOriginal-Revision: 482e5e3baedc71e8dc53003fd7a7d9f0506c7e2e\nGitOrigin-RevId: 57078b2a1ab0537131968eefa9e59a4b5d4e1ed2\nChange-Id: I0e3c0d8b7ac6bb5cd7a91da272a3aa82515fab46\n",
