[roll] Roll fuchsia [bash_test_framework] Don't use realpath binary Always use the custom in-memory realpath logic rather than trying to use the `realpath` binary. This produces more consistent results across platforms and avoids depending on `realpath` flags and behavior that differ between platforms, e.g. the `realpath -m` is not recognized on macOS Ventura.
