[roll] Roll fuchsia [bt][lib] Fix CommandStream and CommandResponseStream Make CommandStream thread-safe and impl FusedStream. The previous implementation was not safe for concurrent polling, leading to polled after termination panic when used with `try_for_each_concurrent`. This was caused by a race condition where one thread could detect a closed channel while another thread would subsequently poll it before the stream's terminated state was fully propagated. Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
