[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel][x86] Read stack_guard and kernel_unsafe_sp with x86_read_gs_offset64

KUBSan was detecting the fake x86_get_percpu is misaligned. This isn't
entirely unexpected since it's "fake" but we still shouldn't be doing an
explicit misaligned access. This uses the normal gs functions to access
these fields.
