[roll] Roll fuchsia [tracing] Remove fpromise use

fpromise use generates a lot of code and significantly bloats the binary
size of the trace-provider library. While downgrading to using callbacks
is not as nice, it saves some 16k of binary size.

Drive by: fixing up includes and removing some other dependencies.
