  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix][signal] Unblock waiting signals in rt_sigtimedwait\n\nTo ensure that the caller thread is woken up by wanted and unblocked\nsignals, `rt_sigtimedwait()` should set the intersection of the\noriginal mask and the new mask as temporary in the signal state of\nthe current task.\n\nAdditionally, `send_signal()` should enqueue any signals that should\nbe blocked by the original mask to be saved.
