[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel][vm] InitShared does not eagerly set AF When populating the top level page table entries in the shared aspace, leave the non-terminal AF bit unset. This allows the faulting path to set the AF bit only when a top level page table is actually accessed (as is the case with non-shared aspaces). This avoids wasted work during accessed bit harvesting; we no longer need to recurse into *all* top level page tables in the shared aspace. Experimentation shows that only one top level page table was ever being populated / accessed. Less overall time spent harvesting the shared aspace means less time under contention for the shared aspace lock.
