[roll] Roll fuchsia [amlogic-display][engine] Use display::Namespace.

This change replaces the existing device_connect_fragment_fidl() and
ddktl DdkConnectFragmentFidlProtocol() functions with display::Namespace
methods.

Test: no-op expected.
Test: "display-tool squares" worked on core.vim3.
