[roll] Roll fuchsia [pdev][sdmmc][sdhci] Don't use legacy sdmmc metadata

Make the sdmmc driver retrieve the sdmmc metadata using the
//sdk/lib/driver/metadata/cpp library instead of using the legacy
metadata ddk functions.

Make the sdhci and aml-sdmmc pass the sdmmc metadata using the
//sdk/lib/driver/metadata/cpp instead of using the legacy metadata ddk
functions.

Make the platform devices no longer pass sdmmc metadata by associating
it with the legacy ddk sdmmc metadata ID.
