[roll] Roll fuchsia [zxsh] Update README to reflect implemented architecture and features

Update README.md to match the actual zxsh implementation:
- Correct AST data structure descriptions to reflect relative pointers
  and zero-copy serialization in src/parser/ast.rs and src/relative.rs.
- Document memory optimizations including FlatMap and FlatSet collections.
- Update built-in commands inventory and module locations.
- Document supported shell language syntax, expansions, redirections,
  and execution modes.
- Format documentation wrapped at 80 columns.
