  "message": "[roll] Roll infra/recipes [rust] Filter out vendored deps from cipd package\n\nThe rust standard library started vendoring dependencies, which caused\nthe roll into Fuchsia to fail due to licensing issues. As a workaround,\nhttps://fxrev.dev/1631716 just deletes the vendor/ directory since we\naren\u0027t using it yet.
