[roll] Roll fuchsia [magma] Use scheduler SDK library to set roles

Switches the magma library to use the scheduler SDK library to set
profiles on threads instead of connecting to the ProfileProvider
directly. This will allow the future transition to using the RoleManager
API much easier.
