[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix][epoll] Store the wakeup source in WaitObject By storing the wakeup source in WaitObject when we activate a wakeup source, this patch fixes a theoretical leak (which would prevent devices from entering low-power state) and improves performances. The leak comes from entries in the `wakeup_sources` hashmap being indexed using the `command` of a task. If the `command` of a task changes (for example with a call to `prctl(PR_SET_NAME,...`), the entry in the hashmap won't be removed. The performance improvement comes from only calling `deactivate_wakeup_source` when needed, which should save 0.03% of CPU and reduce lock contention.
