[roll] Roll fuchsia [trace] Migrate tests to CFv2
This CL removes two of the trace tests:
* Nested environment test tests that the trace tool can set an
environment name when launching v1 components. With the imminent
extinction of v1 components, this feature is not meaningful.
* The KTrace integration test was disabled a long time ago and did not
appear to work successfully when attempting to re-enable it, even
before migrating it to CFv2. Since it has bitrotted to the point where
repair was overly difficult, it has been removed.
The other tests appear to work with minor modifications for the CFv2
migration, despite being disabled. They have been re-enabled.
