[roll] Roll fuchsia [wlantap] Remove support for multiple ifaces

The wlantap driver no longer supports creating multiple ifaces. This
feature was only used in one redundant test, and added complexity to
all other tests that had to manage "SoftMAC IDs" which don't exist in
the real SoftMAC driver stack.

Support for multiple ifaces will be available again when hw-sim
improvements are complete. The, now removed, approach in wlantap
driver supported multiple ifaces by multiplexing each iface message
through the phy. This added complexity to wlantap in the form of
needing to label and track each iface message with an "id"; and it
added complexity to each multiple iface test which had to negotiate
the additional layers of wlantap protocols to send each SoftMAC and
FullMAC message.

Instead of multiplexing, the plan is to provide SoftMAC and FullMAC
channels directly to test components. This erases the above
complexity and even simplifies how multiple iface tests will be
written.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
