[roll] Roll fuchsia [bt][host] Delete bt-host driver code

Removes unused bt-host driver code to fully transition to using
bt-host as a component. Updates bt-gap smoke test to reflect new
topology

- OOBE on Nelson DUT; paired, streamed audio to Nelson DUT from iOS device, and disconnected
