[roll] Roll fuchsia [fidl][rust] Remove Future bound on executor tasks

The APIs of fuchsia-async differ from other executors by not handling
cancellations. This makes it difficult to unify them if we specify that
tasks are futures. We don't need to await executor tasks in generic
contexts, so for now we can just omit the bound entirely.
