[roll] Roll fuchsia [ui][input_pipeline] Update MOTION_THRESHOLD in gesture_arena Current threshold feels jumpy because the motion threshold is too high, and SPURIOUS_TO_INTENTIONAL_MOTION_THRESHOLD_MM and MAX_TAP_MOVEMENT_IN_MM use different values. Motion recongizer will wait until the tap and click recongizer mismatch. In this CL, we change to use same threshold for motion, tap and click recongizer. And lower the threshold to 0.5mm. Test: 1. manually test use all my five fingers to tap. 2. manually test moving finger slowly feels less jumpy. Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
