[roll] Roll fuchsia [kernel][vm] Properly initialize test pages

The page queue unittests create vm_page_ts on the stack and places them
in the object state without initializing the object fields. This tends
to work since the object variant is the first one in the union and so
gets initialized, however this is error prone and unstable. This forces
the object variant to be correctly initialized instead of relying on a
'random' default.
