[roll] Roll fuchsia [fdf] Add pdev nodes for remaining "singleton" devices
There are drivers which are software singletons which are used outside
of test only situations. Until we find a better strategy for handling
these singletons, we will create 3 devices for these instead. This is
similar to how we handle sysmem, although sysmem is currently added via
board drivers.
A future change will move all clients to use the new location, followed
by removal of binding to the test and misc devices.
