[roll] Roll fuchsia [trace_manager] Name trace vmos

This way it's easy to identify them when we analyze memory usage.

Drive by: Style fixes to use PLOGS to better format statuses and to
prevent reuse of zx_status_t's -- I've been bit too many times by
accidentally checking the wrong zx_status and scoping the status to just
the if check helps make that impossible.
