[roll] Roll fuchsia [security][scrutiny] Update ffx scrutiny to use fxfs_pbtool. Model config usually accesses blobs from the PB blobs repository this update changes that to ensure that blobs are being extracted by the fxfs_pbtool that is in the product bundle. It also updates scrutiny to use only decompressed blobs. Performance: it takes 1.5 seconds to run scrutiny on core.x64 which is 0.6 seconds longer than the time it took before this change. All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.
Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
