[roll] Roll fuchsia [lacewing] Use Honeydew's FFX transport for hybrid test. Goal is to centralize users to using Honeydew to reduce fragmentation in how users invoke FFX. (FFX is likely to be used in Honeydew in the near term anyway so it's fine to make Honeydew's FFX transport more load bearring) Original-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/936462 Original-Revision: 1a91e980804c98cc004e1f8a11b409433d9fcfbc GitOrigin-RevId: b8add6913013020dd549123eaae58093e5cda270 Change-Id: I9db7d94935cf18062f880a5f52ec8026eb0e7ea7
