[roll] Roll fuchsia [spi][amlogic] Add an option for the client to pre-reverse buffers

Allow clients to reverse the endianness of buffers used for DMA
transfers. This is an optimization for the Nelson radar driver which
already does this, meaning the buffers had to be reversed back before
being passed to the radar driver.
