[roll] Roll fuchsia [aml-trip] Use SDK pdev library

Make the aml-trip driver use the //sdk/lib/driver/platform-device/cpp
SDK library in order to interact with the platform device.

Create a common GN target shared by the aml-trip driver and its tests in
order to avoid writing duplicate dependencies.

Simply how the aml-trip driver creates its child node.
