[roll] Roll fuchsia [roll] Roll third_party/mesa nir/divergence: don't assume that load_sample_positions_amd is always uniform
Sample positions aren't uniform when the sample id is divergent.
This was a regression when we started lowering fragment shader
barycentrics in NIR.

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
