[roll] Roll fuchsia [netdevice] Shutdown micro benchmark dispatchers The micro benchmarks could flake because the fake network device server would be destroyed while calls to it were still in flight. Fix this by shutting down the dispatchers in the destructor of the fake network device. First install Jiri.
Next run:
