Catapult

A CLI for uploading to the Catapult dashboard.

Example Usage:

Upload a file containing a HistogramSet to the Catapult dashboard:

catapult upload \
  --url=https://chromeperf.appspot.com/add_histograms \
  --service-account-json=/path/to/acccount.json \
  histogram_set.json
