[osboot] Remove Ax8872b driver Loading this driver from within gigaboot appears to make LoadImage() hang, and it's not needed on our current primary platforms. Still investigating the best way to distribute prebuilt drivers for this chip for other platforms. Change-Id: Ic84ef009c5bedaa8e600d2e1fcc42fa7d6a3d934
