[products] Clean up stale / inconsistent product configurations
This cleans up a number of inconsistencies and stale entries in product
configuration files:
.) Removes several stale references to the installer package. This
target is referenced by //build/images and other uses all appear to be
cargo culted.
.) Remove products/*.gni entries for configurations that are not full
standalone products but only components of other products
.) Update product configs that want a minimal functional system with
ssh capabilities to use the "base" configuration directly instead of
other similar spellings
