Test case for using proxied devices as components. I modified test-board so the composite device will bind to the proxied platform device instead of using pbus_composite_device_add(), which creates the device in the platform bus devhost and uses the devmgr component driver to proxy it instead. Run "runtests -t platform-bus-test" and watch devmgr explode. Change-Id: Ie3cee13620da52eef426af4726603bce8fc78dfe
