[fidl][rust] Decoder: Correclty pad Result values Result values need to be padded as they have to occupy the same size regadless of the branch used. Any variable sized data goes into the out_of_line area. Also check that the padding is all zeroes when decoding the Result values. Change-Id: I51ed47825f4491766fbe5408ce7b063d256a0684
