[zircon][core-test] Migrate profile to zxtest.

Break down to individual test cases the profile fail and
profile.

Since profile has a type, even though only scheduler profile info is the
only existing, separated it into different test cases.
SchedulerProfileTest and ProfileTest.

Added some boundary tests cases.

Also because of how the core tests are generated, it is not necesarry to
conditionally check if root job is present, just asserting is enough,
since it wont allow people checking in a target that would require such
test, though they can still be added to the core test binary.

ZX-3477 #done

TEST=boot with core-test.
