[x86][platform-bus]C++ify acpi-nswalk, part 2. Convert acpi_device_t into a more C++-like AcpiDevice class. Test: Started up the system both on this and head, and made sure they did the same thing. Haven't added additional tests as this is a straightforward refactor. Change-Id: I3a4469c9c240d0d74892dfc5c8b1d715800bc410
